Today I Learned Knott’s Berry Farm’s Starbucks Has A Secret Menu Boysenberry Frappuccino

When I think of Knott’s Berry Farm, I think of two things: the Peanuts Gang and boysenberries. Boysenberries are so lush at Knott’s Berry Farm that the theme park even throws an annual Boysenberry festival highlighting menu items that feature the fruit.

Exclusive to the theme park, Knott’s Starbucks has been offering a Boysenberry Frappuccino for a few years now. According to CP Food Blog, the idea for the beverage came from the 2015 Boysenberry Festival where the park’s Gourmet Coffee Hut (which sold Starbucks product) experimented with the drink. A few years later, when Knott’s got their official Starbucks, the drink became a secret-menu item that guests could order.

Made with pureed boysenberries, the drink combines Starbucks’ signature Frappuccino blend with the sweet tartness of the purple berries.

With all the times we’ve been to Knott’s, I’ve never thought of seeking out a Boysenberry Frappuccino at their Starbucks. Throwing this on my must-try list the next time I’m at the theme park.
