El Pollo Loco: Chicken Carnitas

According to El Pollo Loco, these new chicken carnitas varieties will contain chicken meat that is marinated, cooked and fried to add the caramelized flavor/texture, then the meat is roasted, cut into little pieces, and those little pieces are fried again.
