Chicken Drumsticks Stuffed With Mac & Cheese Defies Everything We Know

Tym Bussanich is one crazy innovative dude. Who else would stuff macaroni and cheese into a chicken and deep fry it?

His quick recipe involves deboning some chicken legs until they form a hollow meat pocket. Then, he stuffs it with macaroni and cheese. The chicken is covered in a combination of egg wash, flour, seasoning and panko then thrown into the deep fryer. Depending on how large the chicken is, they’re fried for about 7-8 minutes until a nice golden brown crust appears.

Brilliant.
