Ronald McDonald Accomplishes the Creepiest Ice Bucket Challenge

You’ve probably seen a ton of videos of celebrities pouring ice water over their heads lately. From Bill Gates to Oprah Winfrey, everyone seems to be doing it. Now the biggest clown of them all has joined in as Ronald McDonald was challenged by Wendy Clark, senior vice president of integrated marketing at Coca-Cola Co.

The point of these videos are to raise awareness for Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), also known as Lou Gehrig’s Diesease, and the ALS association has raised over $15 million so far.

It has been positive vibes throughout, yet Ronald managed to make this challenge creepy somehow. Granted anytime Ronald McDonald does anything, it’s creepy as hell. But there’s something about him prancing around in a public park and dousing himself in water that really gives you chills.

Usually there’s some water involved in these videos, but Ronald went in raw as he poured the ice into the bucket and immediately poured it over himself, causing him to just get pelted with a bunch of ice.

He didn’t really challenge anyone in the video either, he just vaguely challenged gingers as a whole to join in.

Thankfully he didn’t collaborate with the Burger King for a creepy, slow motion, wet and wild video.
