Wendy’s to Launch Limited-Time Ciabatta Bacon Cheeseburger in February

Move over brioche. It looks like ciabatta’s the new bad bread on the block.

Beginning in February, Wendy’s will launch a new limited-time Ciabatta Bacon Cheeseburger, featuring a quarter-pound beef patty, oven-roasted chopped tomatoes, rosemary-garlic aioli, spring mix, Asiago cheese, applewood-smoked bacon, and of course, its toasted namesake.

Now I don’t know about you, but ciabatta was always a little too dry/crusty for my taste, let alone fast food ciabatta. Ah well, nothing a good Frosty can’t fix, right?
