The ‘Croloaf’ Takes the Cronut to the Next Logical Level

Have you ever tried to butter a croissant? It’s a pain in the ass. It’s hard to cut along the back end of a crescent-shaped carb and then you pull it apart to get some jam up in there, only to have the flaky layers rip, making it harder to get your spread even. Cue the croissant rage face. Well no more will you have to fight with your breakfast of choice with this amazing new croissant-inspired treat, the Croloaf.

Gone are the days of awkwardly-shaped breakfast sandwiches with this ingenious creation thought up by Not Without Salt. Essentially a croissant baked in a loaf pan, this creation makes it easy to enjoy all the things you love about your favorite buttery baked good in the convenience of a loaf of bread. Plus, it’s a cinch to bake up and simply requires stacking layers of croissant dough + sugar and cinnamon in a loaf pan.

Sorry cronut, your time has come to an end.
