Card Suitwich

This is a shout out to all my card playing friends. Poker. War. Whatever your fix, check out these truly insane mini sandwiches, representing the clubs, spades, diamonds and hearts. The club is constructed from a layer of cream cheese between dark rye slices, the heart’s got a touch of orange marmalade between white bread slices, the spade is done up from whole wheat bread and peanut butter while the diamond strays from the pack with raisin bread and strawberry jam.
