Craving: Fried Ice Cream

We’re looking at fried ice cream from a place out in Ypsilanti, MI called Los Amigos. Looks delicious, in a weird sort of way. I’ve had plenty of fried ice cream in my day, but never one that paid homage to a normal ice cream sunday and a tostada all in one! Eat on!
