Wendy's Japan to Bow Out

After a 30 year presence in the Japanese food market, Wendy’s will be closing its Japanese doors after it was unable to renew a franchise agreement with the Zensho Company of Tokyo. It is not certain if Wendy’s will ever re-enter the Japanese market with a new partner, but as for now, it’s no more ginger-pony-tailed-cutie in Japan. (Thx NYTimes)
