In Case You Missed It: Sriracha To-Go, For When Tabasco Doesn’t Cut It

sriracha packet

As much as I love the garlic goodness of Sriracha chili sauce, I’ve learned to apply it to my food in sparing dots, lest I drown out my food with a three alarm fire. For heat wimps like me, this tiny serving of Sriracha would go a long way. More importantly, this allows condiment snobs everywhere to bring their own hot sauce to unenlightened eateries without the contempt and derision that toting a full-size bottle would attract. Just a warning though, this is not Sriracha from Huy Fong, purveyors of the classic green-capped rooster bottle. I’m sure it tastes the same, but it definitely loses hipster cred points.

As someone who regularly brings my favorite Grade A Dark Amber to Denny’s all-you-can–eat pancake dinners, I will definitely be considering minimus.biz’s handy 1.7 ounce travel size maple syrup. It even comes in a maple-leaf shaped bottle!
