Restaurants Are Lighting Pizza On Fire Now, And It Looks Amazing
Generally, lighting stuff on fire looks pretty cool, but it’s even cooler when it’s food, and is being done right in front of your face.
A restaurant in Seoul, Korea called The Place, has a “Bomb Pizza” that looks like a giant ball of dough and gets lit on fire.
Yup, a freakin’ pizza that gets lit on fire!
It’s like a dough-y dome that gets doused in liquor and set ablaze at the table.
It’s more than just theatrics, though, as the lit up dough heats up the pizza hidden inside, before the dome is cut off and ready to serve.
It’s almost like a flambe, except it’s pizza, so it’s better.
I feel like this is the future, just light everything on fire. Burger King needs to get on this and set their burgers on fire, mostly so no one has to eat them.
