Chick-Fil-A’s Replacing Its Beautiful Spicy Chicken Biscuit With A Healthy Muffin

Arguably the best menu item Chick-Fil-A has to offer, will no longer exist, as the Spicy Chicken Biscuit is being replaced with their new Egg White Grill.

The Egg White Grill looks like it was specifically designed for hippies and cross-fitters, and features a grilled chicken breast, grilled egg whites, American cheese and will be sandwiched between a multigrain English muffin.

It’s only 300 calories and has 25 grams of protein, which is great news for the bros at the gym, trying to make some gains, but the rest of us are losing out on the spicy goodness that took Chick-Fil-A’s breakfast to the next level.

It’s understandable to add a healthier menu item, but why did this have to be an “either, or” situation. Their on-the-spot response is less than satisfactory, too:

If the Spicy Chicken Biscuit wasn’t selling well, it was probably by accident and we should have gotten a bit of warning. I’m not the only one who thinks so, either. Check out some of the Twitter reactions, already:

Hopefully Chick-Fil-A will hear our cries and collective anger and bring back the biscuit. We can’t even give the new Egg White Grill a fair shake, because the anger won’t allow it. It’s probably really delicious, but I won’t care unless the Spicy Chicken Biscuit gets the justice it deserves.

Can we get a hashtag going? Maybe, #freethespicychickenbiscuit?

Please, just bring it back, Chick-Fil-A. You don’t need more hate in your life.
