Southern California Burger Chain Reveals a Limited Time Chorizo Burger

Southern California-based restaurant chain Slater’s 50/50 has just announced their latest burger of the month and it’s no lighthearted matter (literally). For the month of May, the trio of restaurants (current count) made notorious for its 50/50 bacon/beef patty blend will launch a Chorizo Burger to its loyal fan base.

The burger features Sterling Silver ground chuck mixed with seasoned premium pork chorizo, covered in melting cheddar cheese, beer battered jalapenos and topped with the restaurant’s house made cilantro-lime sour cream.

Slater’s 50/50 has also gained a reputation for their monthly burger additions, like the seasonally friendly Corned Beef and Guinness Burger for the month of March, and a mouthwatering Orange Chicken burger back in January of this year.

Any interest out there in trying this Chorizo Burger? Sounds like it could be a rush…

    Will have to concoct my own chorizo/beef burger due to being perched atop the Ozark Plateau around 1,700 miles east of SoCal.
