Tori Spelling Hospitalized After Tripping And Falling Onto A Sizzling Hibachi Grill

This is usually a problem you’d have with your child, but actress Tori Spelling of Scary Movie 2 fame, learned that Benihana’s flaming-hot grills aren’t celebrity-proof.

According to the Daily Mail, Spelling’s Sunday brunch got too hot to handle, as she tripped and fell straight onto a hot hibachi grill at a Benihana in Encino, California.

Benihana’s Japanese Restaurant is known for prepping your food in front of you like food samurai, and this very concept led to the fall of Spelling.

She ended up with a severe burn on her right arm and went to Grossman Burn Center in West Hills, California to get it treated. Spelling didn’t feel it was a big deal, but doctors insisted she risked severe infection and scarring if she didn’t take care of it immediately. She ended up needing skin grafts, which is a surgery where skin is taken from a different part of the body and transplanted to the burned area.

She was probably upset that a camera crew wasn’t there, cause it probably would have gotten crazy ratings on True Tori next season.
