THIS IS THE FUTURE: Drone-Powered Burrito Delivery Service

Unmanned Aerial Vehicles have revolutionized contemporary warfare in such a way that they have sparked a global arms race, as well as provide the flimsy new premise in the most recent Call of Duty video game. It now seems like the ante has been raised in UAV applications in the form of… food delivery service.

You’re looking at the first ever drone-powered burrito delivery service affectionately dubbed The Burrito Bomber. Simply order a burrito using your smartphone and a waypoint is set to your current location. That information is uploaded into the bomber’s autopilot and proceeds to your location. Your burrito is then parachuted down to you in their convenient Burrito Delivery Tube. Parachuted. Down. To. You. Food being delivered without use of UAV is starting to look a little bit dated right about now. At least there’s no delivery boy to tip.
