Stanley Offers To Buy Woman A New Car After Viral Video Shows Her Tumbler Survived A Car Fire

Talk about legendary durability because that’s what Stanley’s 40oz Tumblers have. One such instance that supports this recently went viral, as one woman’s Tumbler somehow survived a car fire.

On Wednesday, November 15, TikTok user @danimarielettering caught the attention of Stanley’s social media team by tagging the company in her car fire video. The video showed her fire-ravaged car, except for her orange Stanley Tumbler that looked mostly unscathed. Amazingly, it managed to keep her water cold with ice still present in the cup.

The Stanley social media team acted quickly (less than 24 hours) and dropped a kind-hearted video expressing their sympathy for Danielle. In fact, Stanley offered to buy her a new car in a show of outstanding customer appreciation.

Don’t go trying to start a car fire now because Stanley’s global president Terence Reilly said, “We’ve never done this before and we’ll probably never do it again, but we’d love to replace your vehicle,” he said on behalf of the company. Now we can’t say the same thing will happen if you burn your house down.

Stanley has been around for more than a century producing top-of-the-line beverage containers with fused vacuum insulation and the strength of steel in one portable bottle. If a Stanley Tumbler wasn’t on your shopping list, we bet it is now.

And good luck trying to find that Starbucks Stanley red cup because it’s still sold out everywhere. Maybe Danielle can add it to her contract for that new car.
