Shake Shack Teams with Fly By Jing for Limited-Time Chili Crisp Menu

Popular burger joint Shake Shack is teaming with Chinese sauce brand Fly By Jing on several Sichuan-inspired menu offerings. 

Dubbed the Chili Crisp menu, the release will coincide with Shake Shack’s UK launch and is available for a limited-time only. 

“This new menu was inspired by the bold flavors and natural ingredients of Fly By Jing’s Chili Crisp. With its signature, tingly Sichuan heat and savory spices, Fly By Jing’s Chili Crisp is a truly delicious pairing to our crispy chicken,” says Jim Frisch, Shake Shack’s International Culinary Director.

While no doubt introducing burger-lovers across the pond to Shake Shack, first-timers will also experience a whole new level of flavor with authentic Sichuan-sauces from Fly By Jing. 

Shake Shack’s limited-time Chilli Crisp Menu will include:

• Chilli Crisp Chicken: Crispy chicken breast glazed with spicy Sichuan chilli crisp topped with pickled cucumber, shredded lettuce and spring onion mayo.

• Chilli Crisp Chicken Bites: Crispy, 100% chicken bites tossed with spicy Sichuan chilli crisp and served with spring onion mayo sauce.

• Chilli Crisp Cheese Fries: Crinkle-cut fries topped with spicy Sichuan chilli crisp, and Shack cheese sauce.

Shake Shack’s Chili Crisp menu is now available at all UK locations for a limited-time between July 20th – September 30th.
