Ready-To-Drink Canned Curry Is A New Beverage From Japan

I must confess, I’m one of those that’s an unconventional sipper. Sometimes I’ll take a bite of my burrito first, followed by a sip of some salsa or hot sauce. At different meals the combo becomes a mixed bag, depending on whatever I’m eating and the sauces that accompany it. Which is why this new ready-to-drink canned curry beverage from Japan is ideal for those like me.

As reported by SoraNews24, Curry na Kibun Chukara (which loosely translates to “I Feel Like Some Medium-Spicy Curry”), by beverage company Pokka Sapporo serves up a combo of beef, pork, and vegetable flavors, all of which are punctuated by 10 different spices.

A unique feature of the unconventional drink is its resealable top, perfect for those who want to revisit their curry sips at a later time. Cans will be sold pre-heated or at room temp and are priced at 140 yen (US$1.30) for a 170-gram (6-ounce) can.

I’m just salivating over the different pairings I can have with this Curry na Kibun Chukara, like rice or bread. Now if only they shipped to the States.
