This Restaurant Crazily Used Peanut Butter Cups On Their Burger, Now The Idea Is Blowing Up

Sweet and savory is sometimes a hit or miss when it comes to burgers. However, if that burger were to feature something as extreme as Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, it might just be crazy enough to work.

Canadian gourmet burger chain The Works created a new burger in honor of this past National Nut Day. They’re calling the Reese’s PBC Burger. Can you guess what it’s got?

Reese's-Burger-01

The burger features a beef patty that’s stuffed with Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups. If that’s not enough peanut butter and chocolate, the burger is also topped with chunks of the popular candy combo. It also features fried onions and bacon to round out the savoriness of the burger.

Since its announcement, the general consensus on the burger has been divided. While some think it’s innovative, other want to puke that the sight of it. Regardless, it’s been making headlines.

Looks unbelievably good and unbelievably messy, to be honest.

At $16 Canadian (about $12 US) the burger looks to be on the menu at least through the end of the holiday season.
