Celebrate National Ice Cream Day The Right Way With These Exclusive Offers And Creations
This Sunday (July 21) is for sundaes, literally, as it’s National Ice Cream Day. To celebrate, here’s what several brands are offering, with some deals and exclusive creations lasting beyond today.
Turkey Hill
Turkey Hill is introducing its new Late Night Ice Cream. According to a recent survey, 94% of ice cream consumers indulge at night. This insight inspired the creation of seven new flavors including Ultimate Cookie Overload, Cherry Chocolate Chunk, Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup, Brownie Batter Cookie Dough, Buttery Southern Pecan Pie, Salted Caramel Dark Chocolate Espresso and Mint Chocolate Cookie.
Fans can also stop by the Turkey Hill Experience in Columbia, PA to pick up the flavors as well as exclusive Late Night merchandise, including t-shirts, pajama pants, magnets and more.
Blue Bunny
Blue Bunny is also introducing a new line of Twist pints, a blend of two flavors swirled together Twist flavors include Chocolate Vanilla, Blu’s Birthday Cake, Candy Bar and more.
Carvel
Carvel is honoring the day by giving consumers $6 off orders of $35 or more on Uber Eats and DoorDash’s DashPass all weekend. They have also announced the release of its newest merch collection, Camp Carvel. The new line includes badges, tees and more along with other new additions to the Originals Collection.
McConnell’s Fine Ice Cream
McConnell’s Fine Ice Cream wants you to enjoy National Ice Cream Day outside, so they partnered with outdoors brand Dometic to release a free, limited-edition Cookies & Cream: Night Out Edition pint run encouraging people to venture out for a night of camping.
The collab coincides with the launch of Dometic’s new CFX2, an ice-free electric cooler that’s capable of reaching chilling temps as low as -7°F. To enter for a chance to win a free pint or CFX2, visit Dometic’s site between now and August 2nd.
Skrewball Whiskey
For those who like their ice cream a little boozy, Skrewball Whiskey has created two confections featuring the sweet treat. It’s Skrewtbeer Float is their take on a classic root beer float, while Benny’s Sticky Icky Sundae (crafted by music producer and Selena Gomez’s boyfriend Benny Blanco) is a whiskey-topped ice cream sundae.
Kroger
Finally, Kroger decided to pair its ice cream with wine. Curated by Linda Trotta, Vice President of Global Winemaking and Sourcing at WX Brands, the grocery chain created five pairings to choose from:
