Mad Dumplings is Serving The Most Vibrant Spam Sandwich At MEAT STREET

When y’all see SPAM at restaurants, it’s usually in some sort of musubi form or in fried rice.

Orange County food truck Mad Dumplings isn’t about that, and instead is changing the SPAM game in a bold way.

In the Marketplace of Meat Street Presented by the Makers of SPAM Brand at MainPlace Mall, they’ll be serving up an eye-popping sandwich called the Spam Pancake to get your tastebuds and eyeballs going.

The sandwich gets its name from the eight slices of pan-fried Spam that get loaded into it and the GIANT handmade scallion pancake that serves as the base. It’s also drizzled with an aioli sauce and topped with a kaleidoscopic assortment of veggies: pickled radishes, carrots, red cabbage, and a healthy amount of cilantro, give you a symphony of flavors that can only be had at Meat Street.

Make sure to snag some tickets if you haven’t already to try out this mad creation along with everything else Meat Street will have to offer.

Mad Dumpling’s Spam Pancake, Bruxie’s Angry Mac, and all of the other fire being served up this weekend are ready to hype up meat in so many ways, and you DON’T wanna miss out.
