IHOP Launches an Entire Menu Catered to Hash Brown Lovers

Hash browns have always been a worthy side dish at breakfast houses, but for the first time in recent memory, a major chain is launching an entire menu using the golden potatoes as a focal point. Starting now, IHOP  is launching four new Hash Brown Stacks, dishes that feature hash browns as the base, and a variety of different ingredients piled on top depending on your style.

Up for grabs are the following four dishes:

  • Bacon and Cheddar Hash Brown Stack: Golden hash browns topped with crisp diced bacon, melted Cheddar cheese, sliced tomato, an over medium egg, rich hollandaise sauce and green onions.
  • Ham and Swiss Hash Brown Stack: Golden hash browns topped with grilled ham, melted Swiss cheese, sliced tomato, an over medium egg, rich hollandaise sauce and green onions.
  • Spinach and Mushroom Hash Brown Stack: Golden hash browns topped with sauteed spinach and mushrooms, melted Provolone cheese, sliced tomato, an over medium egg, rich hollandaise sauce and green onions.
  • Simple & Fit (Under 600 calories) Spinach and Mushroom Hash Brown Stack: Golden hash browns topped with sauteed spinach and mushrooms, melted Provolone cheese, sliced tomato, scrambled egg substitute and a sprinkle of fresh green onions.
The four dishes will be available at participating restaurants until February 19th and have a suggested retail price of $5.99. Each come with your choice of fresh fruit or two buttermilk pancakes.
