Hard Rock Cafe Adds Alligator Tail Burger To Menu, Looks Vicious

Hard Rock Cafe’s annual World Burger Tour is back, which means the restaurant chain has begun serving a plethora of burgers inspired by cuisines from around the world. A new reptilian addition has found its way onto the restaurant’s menu in the form of an alligator tail burger.

The Seminole Cattlemen Burger, inspired by Florida cuisine, boasts a combination of swamp cabbage (hearts of palm), tomatoes, and tupelo-breaded gator tail on a Seminole beef patty and doused in Seminole wing sauce.

Like its namesake, it looks pretty massive.

Other new burgers joining the World Tour include a Korean-inspired Kimchi Burger and a Louisiana Jambalaya Burger.

Patrons can find the Seminole Cattlemen Burger at all participating Florida locations of Hard Rock Cafe through the end of June.
