This Genius Brewery Just Made Pop-Tarts Booze

We’ve seen beer-makers get creative with their flavors lately, just look at the Wheaties cereal beer, but now there’s a new breakfast beer in town.

According to SF Gate, 21st Amendment Brewery in San Leandro, California just made a Toaster Pastry-flavored Indian Red Ale.

The brewery used a buscuit malt to give it a pastry taste, and used a couple of crystal malts for a strawberry-ish flavor.

The strawberry toaster pastry booze will come in a tall 19.2-ounce can and will be pretty strong with a 7.6 percent ABV.

The Bay Area brewery will officially release the beer August 29 so you can re-live your dorm room, just add some Cup Noodles for full effect.
