Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cupcake

I probably eat more cereal than anybody I know. My current stockpile of different boxes numbers in the double digits, everything from Cookie Crisp to Special K varieties are accounted for. One cereal that is current NOT in my pantry, most likely due to restocking failures on my part, is one of my favorites: Cinnamon Toast Crunch. So you can imagine my joy when this particular cupcake was brought to my attention, a Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cupcake. Everything I love in the sweet game, lathered into one cute package. The recipe, devised by the genius running BakingJunkie, calls for a basic cake mix, combined with cinnamon, Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal, a frosting made of vanilla butter cream, and a final topping of finely crushed cereal pieces. Other than a cold glass of milk, I don’t know what else could make me more happy.
