Chuck E Cheese’s Improves Their Pizza

Chuck E Cheese’s is one of the most exclusive 21+ clubs in North America, with over 500 locations in over 48 states and 6 countries. Laugh all you want, but going to a Chick E Cheese’s location without a kid-in-tow is rather frowned upon. My sad social life aside, it looks as if the Irving, Texas-based brand is shedding its old frozen-pizza habits for an entirely new process.

The process, now fully explained and promoted on the brand’s website, calls upon an entirely from-scratch process made with fresh dough that’s “never frozen,” and 100% real Mozzarella cheese. The brand’s pizza process, although not meant to trivialize that of Domino’s Pizza‘s recipe reformulation a few years back, hits several of the same notes:

I haven’t been to Chuck E Cheese‘s for years, but if I remember correctly, my kid taste-buds used to enjoy their pizza. I hope they haven’t gone too gourmet on me!
