7-Eleven’s Laredo Taco Company is adding a flavorful twist to its menu with the limited-time launch of Quesabirria. This new addition combines shredded beef and melted cheese, served in either a taco or bowl, and comes with a flavorful consommé dipping sauce that enhances its bold, spiced profile.

As the holidays approach, Laredo Taco Company is also reviving its popular hand-wrapped tamales, making it easy for customers to enjoy a festive favorite.

“Our customers appreciate the authentic flavors of Laredo Taco Company, and these new offerings continue that tradition,” said William Armstrong, 7-Eleven’s Senior VP of Restaurant Operations. “From the cheesy richness of Quesabirria to tamales perfect for sharing, we’re excited to provide options that bring people together over delicious meals.”

Both dishes are available for delivery through the 7NOW app, which offers real-time tracking and aims to deliver orders in about 30 minutes across the U.S.
