Craving: Chicken Fried Steak Omelet

Time to get militant on those summer diets. I’m cooking up a few eggs right now, gonna slice some avocado on them and call it a morning…but for the above picture, that just wasn’t the case. The picture you’re looking at is an egg omelet filled with hash browns, shredded cheddar cheese, chunks of chicken-fried steak, and smothered in sausage gravy. (PicThx Lindsey)
