Kogi BBQ Truck Reveals a Fatty “Pacman Quesadilla”

If you follow our food truck coverage and are fans of the Kogi BBQ Truck, then you’re well aware that the LA-based truck is very keen on their Manny Pacquiao-inspired menu items. Not sure how this particular dish is supposed to remind me of the famous Filipino professional boxer, but it’s making me uncomfortable how delicious it looks.

This $7 quesadilla is definitely worth its weight in…well, it’s one of the best looking pound-for-pound quesadillas I’ve ever laid my eyes on (get the boxing reference? I’m a professional writer don’t you know). The crispy tortilla casing is wrapped around all three of the truck’s meats, all of their cheeses, a rainbow of Kogi’s signature salsas and a dollop of fatty, creamy, sesame mayo.

I’m going to find me a Kogi and beast out. Good day.
