On Tuesday, September 22, 2026, the long-awaited Lucas Museum of Narrative Art is set to open on Vermont Avenue in Los Angeles’ Exposition Park, and with it comes the debut of Skywalker Grill, a full-service restaurant specializing in classic American cuisine.

Inspired by George Lucas’ Skywalker Ranch, the restaurant will serve museum visitors and the general public for lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch, and will remain open into the night after the museum closes. Situated on the top floor, guests can enjoy panoramic views of Los Angeles and wax poetic about Star Wars lore while dining on a menu curated by Rhubarb Events & Hospitality Collection.

The menu will feature classic American dishes made with California-grown ingredients, including Dungeness crab cakes, lobster corn dogs, crispy chicken Milanese, honey miso-glazed salmon, the signature Skywalker Ranch Wagyu Burger, house-made pastas, fresh seasonal salads, and more.

The interior blends contemporary and mid-century modern design, pairing warm cherry wood finishes with white marble-like surfaces and an intimate seating arrangement. An outdoor terrace features sculptural, garden-like landscaping and sweeping views of Los Angeles.

If you want to be among the first to experience Skywalker Grill, reservations are now available through Resy. The full lunch and dinner menus are also available to peruse, while tickets to the Lucas Museum are on sale for dates from opening day through February 2027.
