Cheetos Brings Back Flamin’ Hot Dill Pickle With The Most Unexpected Music Collab
Cheetos are bringing pickles back via its Flamin’ Hot line. To celebrate both the return of Flamin’ Hot Dill Pickle and the launch of Flamin’ Hot Dill Pickle Puffs, the spicy snack brand has created an unexpected duet from Megan Thee Stallion and Nickelback.
“Pickle’s Back” reimagines the latter’s 2001 hit “How You Remind Me” with verses from Meg. The hilarious music video, directed by music video legend Dave Meyers, is packed with heists, car chases, Flamin’ Hot Cheetle waves and more.
“It was only right for the Hot Girl Coach to team up with Cheetos to bring back the iconic, Flamin’ Hot Dill Pickle flavor,” said Megan Thee Stallion. “Everyone knows I love to stuff pickles with Cheetos Flamin’ Hot, so it’s really special to now be part of the campaign to relaunch one of my favorite combinations.”
“Creating ‘Pickle’s Back’ was about bringing pickle power back to the people,” Dave Meyers added. “Paying tribute to the very real Cheetos fandom, and exploring this through a very unexpected music pairing with Megan Thee Stallion and Nickelback.”
Cheetos will also host an auction in partnership with Goldin, featuring props from the music video, at the end of March. All proceeds from the auction will go to the Pete & Thomas Foundation and All the Right Reasons Foundation.
Last year, Cheetos Flamin’ Hot Dill Pickle was the fastest-selling Cheetos limited-edition product in history. Inspired by its success, it introduced Flamin’ Hot Dill Pickle Puffs to deliver that dill meets cheese heat via Cheetos Puffs complete with its signature red Flamin’ Hot Cheetle dust.
Cheetos Flamin’ Hot Dill Pickle Crunchy and Cheetos Flamin’ Hot Dill Pickle Puffs are both available on store shelves nationwide now.
