Every NFL Team Now Has Its Own Mimosa Thanks To This Champagne Brand

André California Champagne is kicking off its first season as the Official Sparking Wine Sponsor of the NFL with its Tailgate Team-Mosa—a roster of 32 hometown-inspired mimosa recipes, one for every team in the league. Why mimosas? Because the only other thing to do on a Sunday afternoon—other than watch football—is go to brunch.

Each recipe pays homage to what each team’s home state is known for when it comes to food, drinks, or fun. The André Winemaking Team experimented with local flavors like buffalo sauce, burnt ends, coffee and crabs (yes, crabs) to create these final flavor profiles.

“NFL celebrations are filled with passion, creativity, and spirited moments of fandom,” said Beth Orozco, Vice President of Marketing at Gallo. “André is on a mission to spark moments of shared celebration, and this NFL season, we’re doing it with one over-the-top Team-Mosa at a time. For die-hard fans and playful souls alike, we challenge fans to try our wild concoctions or experiment with the craziest ones they can dream up.”
