Taco Bell is introducing an entirely new era of quesadilla behavior. Meet the Steak & Poblano Rolled Quesadilla, the chain’s first-ever rolled quesadilla.

Rolling (ha!) out nationwide starting November 20, this new format spotlights a Mexican staple that somehow has never had its moment at Taco Bell: the poblano pepper. Fire-roasted, mild, and built for cozy-season cravings, it finally gets main-character treatment.

Inside this new rolled-up situation: roasted poblano peppers, marinated steak, melty cheese, and Spicy Ranch, all packed into a warm, portable food baton that you’re passing on to your palate.

According to Taco Bell CMO Luis Restrepo, this isn’t just about adding another menu item, it’s about giving beloved ingredients a new storyline. And the poblano finally gets one.

For the full cozy-season experience, Taco Bell is bundling it into a $9 Discovery Luxe Cravings Box, which packs in the new rolled quesadilla plus a Doritos Locos Taco, Crunchy Taco, Chips & Nacho Cheese, and a drink. Basically a winter survival kit.

And because Taco Bell refuses to let a launch be just a launch, they’re also dropping limited-edition poblano-green chunky knit sweaters that are hand-loomed and feature organic cotton. Only 300 winners will snag one via a Tuesday Drop on December 9, exclusively for Rewards Members.
