Hidden Valley Ranch just turned a New York micro-apartment into a full-blown restaurant, proving that flavor doesn’t need a big kitchen, just the right seasoning.

For one day only, the brand’s first-ever pop-up restaurant, The Hidden Valley Ranch Tiny Restaurant, will open on November 15 at 15 West 28th Street in Manhattan. The entire thing takes place inside a space no bigger than a New York studio apartment, where Chef Kersti Bowser will serve a full ranch-inspired menu that’s equal parts cozy and craveable.

Reservations for this flavor-packed experiment go live November 6 at noon ET via hidden-valley-ranch-tiny-restaurant.resos.com, and yes, seating is as limited as any NYC walk-up.

“Cooking like a pro isn’t about the size of your kitchen—it’s about the flavor you bring to the table,” said Stacy Stokes, Hidden Valley Ranch’s VP of Marketing. And if there’s one thing the brand knows, it’s bold, versatile flavor. Hidden Valley’s seasoning blends have become a quiet staple in restaurants across the country, and this pop-up puts that versatility front and center—from brunch eggs to slow-cooked holiday roasts.

Chef Bowser designed the menu to show that even the tiniest kitchens can pull off five-star flavor with just a sprinkle of ranch seasoning. Expect dishes that blend simplicity with comfort—like a Ranch Mississippi Roast Slow Cooker, Original Ranch Spinach Dip, and even Glazed Ranch Ham for a sweet-meets-savory moment.
