Ghirardelli Just Dropped A New Flavor Inspired by One Of The Year’s Biggest Food Trends

Ghirardelli’s taking inspiration straight from Dubai with a brand-new, limited-edition treat: GHIRARDELLI Dubai Style Chocolate.

The bite-sized pralines are filled with pistachio and crispy kataifi—the same crunchy shredded pastry that gives Dubai-style desserts their signature texture—all wrapped in Ghirardelli’s signature milk chocolate shell. Think creamy, crunchy, and just the right kind of extra.

This new drop follows Ghirardelli’s Dubai Style Chocolate Sundae, which became a hit at the brand’s retail locations and pop-up events earlier this year.

Now, fans can skip the ice cream spoon and unwrap the trend instead. According to Ghirardelli’s VP of Marketing, Bobby Oliver, “Each bite of our Dubai Style Chocolate features a smooth milk chocolate shell with an added layer of crispy texture, encasing a luscious pistachio filling layered with finely shredded kataifi.”

Translation: dessert luxury, miniaturized. The limited-edition chocolates will first be available exclusively on Ghirardelli.com starting October 14, before hitting Ghirardelli Chocolate Shops and select retailers in November. A 4 oz bag goes for $13.95, while a 50-count Gift Box ($75) will also be up for grabs—perfect for gifting, hoarding, or pretending you’ll share.
