Prince Street Pizza And Milk Bar’s ‘Pepperoni Sundae’ Is Peak New York Energy

Only in New York can you grab a square slice and, a few steps later, chase it with pepperoni on ice cream. Yes, pepperoni. On ice cream.
For one week only (Sept. 8–15), neighborhood icons Prince Street Pizza and Milk Bar are linking up for the Prince Street Pizza Pepperoni & Hot Honey Sundae. It’s a mashup that sounds chaotic on paper but makes perfect sense once you taste it.
Here’s the play: Milk Bar’s cult-favorite Cereal Milk Soft Serve gets the full NYC treatment with chopped Prince Street pepperoni on top and a drizzle of hot honey. Sweet, salty, spicy. Strange, sure, but like Father Time and the IRS, that flavor combo is still undefeated.
Prince Street, of course, is the legendary NoLita slice shop known for its thick Sicilian squares blanketed with crispy pepperoni cups. Milk Bar, on the other hand, is the dessert empire from Christina Tosi that gave the world Cereal Milk Soft Serve and Compost Cookies. Together? They’re pulling off one of the wildest collabs you’ll see this year.
The sundae is available only at Milk Bar’s Nolita location (246 Mott Street) until Sept. 15, or while supplies last. After that, this sweet-meets-savory fever dream disappears for good.
Price: $10. Worth it to satisfy your curiosity.
