In an exciting collaboration with Heinz Japan announced on Twitter that gaming’s favorite ever-hungry pink ball, Kirby, is coming to special edition ketchup bottles.

This is definitely my gamer brain speaking, but I honestly can’t even begin to discuss this Kirby ketchup without acknowledging that I wish ketchup itself should be pink or at the very least come in a pink bottle. I’m talking about Labubu level collectible hype. The pink ketchup would be channeling 2000’s Heinz and their Funky Purple ketchup phase and would’ve made my nostalgia meter explode.

But let’s get to the deets: Kirby’s collaborated with Heinz Japan back in November 2024 with ketchup pouches that were inspired by the game’s Maxim tomatoes—an item that restores Kirby’s health. It must’ve been a successful enough promotion to come back for round 2.

The new bottle features three upside-down designs: Kirby holding a burger, Kirby surrounded by tomatoes, and Kirby sitting with Waddle Dee.

Additionally, 1,000 lucky Kirby fans have the chance to get an embroidered keychain, which is may be the cutest freaking ketchup related thing I’ve seen… maybe ever?
