Student Charged With Child Endangerment for Pot Brownies

A high school student in California, Salvador Palacious, 18, has been charged with child endangerment and food poisoning. Palacious had put hash oil in brownies and serving them to his fellow students. The biggest problem, however, was that all the students affected were minors.

According to police, about five or six students were sick and one girl was taken to the hospital after. Palacious’ bail is set at $75,000. The case has sparked some debate as to whether or not Palacious’ punishment was too severe.
