How to Get Taco Bell’s ‘Big A** Mexican Pizza’
Taco Bell’s Mexican Pizza is once again in the spotlight, but this time for its biggest innovation yet… no, literally. Just in time for the Big Game on Sunday, Taco Bell announced it’s releasing a ‘Big A** Mexican Pizza,’ their words, not mine!
Four times bigger than the traditional Mexican Pizza size, this Big A** Mexican Pizza is made with the ingredients you know and love, but now loaded with layers of beans, seasoned beef, signature tomato sauce and a melted three cheese blend between its three extra large crispy tortilla shells.
Clearly it’s large enough for sharing but the loyal Mexican Pizza fans out there (ahem me), might want to savor this one as its a one-of-a-kind opportunity.
Unfortunately, all Taco Bell fans will not have access to this giant sized Mexican Pizza. Coinciding with the Big Game, the XL Mexican Pizza will be exclusively available for Taco Bell’s biggest fans (select Taco Bell Fire! Tier Rewards Members) in Glendale, AZ on Sunday, February 12.
In case you were wondering, anyone can become a Taco Bell Reward Member and if you hit 2,000 points in a calendar year, you’ll get promoted to the “Fire Tier” where you’ll earn 11 points per eligible dollar spent. The Fire Tier is what gains you access to exclusive experiences like Taco Bell Drag Brunch and this Big A** Mexican Pizza.
According to the news release, all delivery recipients were pre-selected in a surprise offer right from the Taco Bell app in January. These fans will be receiving the The Big A** Mexican Pizza delivered right to their doors in a custom Taco Bell swag kit including Crispy Chicken Wings, Taco Party Packs, Nachos Party Pack, Cinnamon Twists, Hot Sauce and the new Starry lemon-lime flavored soda.
If you’re like me and feeling left out here, Taco Bell is allowing fans nationwide to score a FREE regular-sized Mexican Pizza with a $20 minimum Taco Bell Delivery in-app order on Saturday, February 11 and Sunday, February 12. Not entirely the same, but if you buy four Mexican Pizzas maybe it would equate to the Big A** Mexican Pizza. It’s worth the experiment, right?
