Jamba Juice Enters Licensing Deal with Yogen Fruz

Smoothie purveyor Jamba Juice has just struck a license agreement with the world’s largest frozen yogurt franchise, Yogen Fruz. The agreement allows Jamba Juice to use Yogen Fruz’s registered trademarks on their customer-facing materials. Jamba Juice’s Whirl’ns frozen yogurt will feature Yogen Fruz’s registered trademarks such as “Yogen Fruz,” and “Powered by Yogen Fruz.”
