This Breakfast Pizza Features an ‘Everything Maple’ Crust
To me, the most joyful meal of the day is breakfast. Starting your day off with a breakfast that hits just right is your north star to a wonderful today. That’s why it’s important to me to give particular shine to breakfast items that really amp up the creativity.
The Breakfast Pizza at new Los Angeles hot spot, The Breakfast Club, lives up to that requirement. Sure, there have been plenty breakfast pizzas before, but the one I’m talking about features baked mozzarella, candied bacon, chives, a perfectly poached egg, and an everything maple crust. So yes, Everything Bagel seasoning, and yes, it’s all over a maple-flavored crust. This is how the perfect breakfast is served by the slice.
It’s a hefty way to start your day, for sure, but I’m the glass half full type to believe this is just extra fuel to get you through the day.
