krispy kreme fresh off the line

When the crimson glow of Krispy Kreme’s “Hot Now” neon sign lights up, its a veritable bell to Pavlov’s dogs, with we the people being the drooling pooches. Why? Because the thought of freshly baked Krispy Kreme doughnuts enrobed in their undeniable and iconic glaze is as good as any reason to lift the floodgates in our tastebuds. Now what if I told you that Krispy Kreme is rolling out a trio of new donuts featuring fruit-flavored glazes and filled with a fruity kreme? The forecast in your mouth would be predicting a torrential downpour, yes, I know.

Well friends, grab your scuba suits because we’ll all be swimming knowing that Krispy Kreme will be releasing a set of Fresh off the Line Doughnuts: Key Lime Glazed, Key Lime Kreme; Strawberry Glazed, Strawberry Kreme; and Lemon Glazed, Lemon Kreme. So if you’re feeling for an OG type bite, grab the glazed. If you’re more so inclined for an extra dose of sweetness, by all means treat yourself to the Kreme-filled variety.

Krispy Kreme’s roll out of these new doughnuts will start with Strawberry being available from April 28-May 1. Next up is Key Lime with a time frame of May 5-8. Lemon anchors the trio with an availability of May 12-15. So we’re talking limited here. All the more reason to mark your calendars if you’re eager for a taste.
