Mini Toblerone Cheesecakes

Mini Toblerone Cheesecakes — made with homemade cheesecake batter, a homemade Oreo pie crust and a level of ingenuity that starts, and ends, with the inclusion of Toblerone chocolate bar chunks. The Swiss chocolate and nougat of the Toblerone definitely adds a consistency and look to the mini cakes. Count me in for a half-dozen (breakfast). (Recipe @ GingerbreadBagels)
