The ‘World’s First Avocado Bar’ Is Now Open To Fulfill All Your Basic Desires

I don’t think you can get any more basic than this restaurant.

Avocaderia, which claims to be the world’s “first avocado bar,” is now officially open at the Industry City Food Hall in Brooklyn. They claim to “eliminate the compromise between health and tasty” by serving up an array of avocado-laden dishes to satisfy basic foodies, health junkies, and Instagram users across New York.

They’ve got your standard avocado dishes you’d find in cafes across the country like avocado toasts and guacamole. However, Avocaderia also caters to the individual looking for an intro to exotic cuisines like Egypt and Japan with some interesting international ingredients. Fads like raw foods and sous vide dishes can also be found on the menu. There’s even burgers made with avocado buns that will unleash your true, basic, avocado-loving self.

If you’re an avocado lover, this place is gonna be your paradise, that’s for sure.
