Loosie’s Kitchen in Brooklyn, New York City is serving up some melty, creamy, and gooey goodness in the form of their latest dish, the mac & cheese carbonara. The restaurant’s French-trained chef, Olivier Palazzo, wanted to create the sexiest pasta dish possible, so the end result of his ambitions was this carby beauty draped in carbonara, melted mozzarella, chunks of prosciutto, and crowned with an embellished ‘egg’ made up of smooth ricotta cheese and egg yolk.

The resulting visual-gasm from mixing everything together is the best summary for such a decadent pasta dish. Trust, this is the stuff cheese pull dreams are made of.
