This WAS An Article Regarding The Differences Between Pho And Ramen

Editor’s Note:

Using our platform as a basis to educate and provide insights in the world of food is a privilege we don’t take lightly. In fact, one of the best things we feel about being in such a position is the opportunity to learn from and educate ourselves based on the feedback and opinions of our broad and diverse readership.

In the instance of a recent piece addressing the differences between pho and ramen, we are learning an important lesson. We understand, in large part to our reader’s feedback, that we trivialized and marginalized these wholly unrelated dishes. We can do better.

In our continuing stance on educating folks about all things in the food world, we fully understand that we will not be able to do so effectively if we aren’t learning ourselves. This is a two way street that’s led us to a certain point today where we know we could and should have done better. And we will.

We’re deeply appreciative of the active feedback we get on our articles, especially of the kind that helps us to be in a better position to give the kind of justice all the content we present deserves.
