LA-based Chego Restaurant Reveals a 1/2-pound Chego Burger

Chego restaurant, the Kogi BBQ Truck affiliated stand-alone, sit-down restaurant in Los Angeles has revealed pictures of their latest special — the Chego Burger. This 1/2 pound grass fed beef burger sits under a bed of grilled pineapple, sweet pickled red onions, cheese, coconut mayo, chili sauce, fried shallots, wild arugula, and thai basil.

The sandwich is a relatively off-beat menu item for the rice-in-a-bowl-type menu offerings the restaurant currently offers up.
