How To Make Marinara-Filled Mozzarella Shot Glasses

Last week Natasha Rogers of Through The Eyes Of My Belly introduced herself to the world with some pretty crazy Bacon and Chocolate Shot Glasses. Since then, we’ve been anticipating her next recipe, hoping for something that’ll make us drag our tongues again.

Well, it looks like she’s not slowing down one bit, as this week she put together some pretty ridiculous marinara-filled, fried mozzarella shots.

Rogers cut mozzarella squares from a block of cheese, battered and deep fried with bread crumbs, then filled a hollowed center with marinara sauce.

This was the drool-worthy final result:

They’re like mozzarella sticks, except you don’t have to waste any extra motions dipping since the marinara is already built-in.

If you feel these appetizers are the key to your next football party, and they really should be, check out the full step-by-step process on Rogers’ recipe blog, Through The Eyes Of My Belly.
