Genius Takes Grilled Cheese To The Next Level With Mac & Cheese BUNS

If you’re a cheese lover who’d put cheese on everything if humanly possible, you’ll be stoked to see this grilled cheese sandwich that’s essentially all cheese.

Nick Chipman of Dude Foods is no stranger to using mac & cheese, as evident with his mac & cheese pizza crust, but he’s downright insane for this Mac & Cheese Grilled Cheese.

By placing the mac & cheese on a baking pan and throwing it in the freezer, Chipman was able to cut the mac into squares and use it as “bread.” He then battered the frozen mac and deep fried the cheesy noodles.

For a really cheesy feel inside, Chipman used six slices of havarti cheese between the buns.
