Bruegger’s Now Has A Breakfast Bagel Sandwich With A Corn MASA Bagel

There’s nothing like the smell of freshly made masa. The Spanish dough made from corn is the primary ingredient in tortillas, tamales and now … bagels. Bruegger’s Bagels has now added a Masa Bagel to their lineup.

The corn-based bagel is draws inspiration from the flavors of tortillas and tamales. Used in the new Southwest Sunrise sandwich, the breakfast boasts a fried egg, red and green peppers, ranchero sauce and a spicy guac.

Man, that sounds amazing right about now. We can never decide between a breakfast sandwich and a breakfast burrito.

Bruegger’s is adding the Masa Bagel, along with the Southwest Sunrise sandwich to its seasonal fall menu. Returning items also include a, you guessed it, pumpkin spiced menu.
